Since Robert C. Henry began the practice of law in 1976, he has been a member of the law firm established by his father in 1941.
Mr. Henry focuses on estate administration and probate; estate planning with wills, trust, power of attorneys and related documents; elder law; contract work; real estate; buying and selling businesses; entity formation for corporations, partnership and limited liability companies; real property; banking and foreclosure matters. He represents individuals and companies, both large and small, in a wide range of matters throughout Middle Tennessee.

Tim Underwood joined the firm in 2000 and has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1998.
