History

Henry, Henry, & Underwood, P.C. has been providing first rate legal services since its beginning in 1941. Since our practice opened over 75-years ago, the Firm continues to move toward the future with skill, a steadfast commitment to excellence, and a focus on the unique needs of each client, while celebrating a history that includes former members of our Firm having served on the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the Trial Bench.

Since Joe W. Henry, Jr. began the practice of law in 1973, he has been a member of the law firm established by his father in 1941. 

Mr. Henry focuses on civil litigation in all state courts and before multiple state administrative boards and agencies. He represents a diverse group of clients, corporate and individual, in a wide range of matters in courts in multiple middle Tennessee counties.
